The following is summary of ownership info:

FLACARS is a for-profit FL corporation that is owned by the membership.

Currently each FL Licensed 'R' Agency represented by at least one member will be granted one share of FLACARS stock. Those stock holders will elect one director that will serve as a watchdog on behalf of the FLACARS Ownership. The current corporate director is Daniel Meeks (813-985-6661)

The general membership will elect the FLACARS Officers.
The FLACARS Officers at the service and direction of the FLACARS Membership will handle business operations of FLACARS.
